This document is a public offer by the Woba service (hereinafter — the Service) to provide message delivery between messengers and the customer's CRM systems. Signing up constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The Service provides access to software that delivers messages from connected messengers into the customer's CRM and back. The set of channels and capabilities is determined by the selected plan.
New customers get three days of trial access. No payment is charged for the trial period and no payment details are requested. When it ends, message sending is suspended until a plan is selected; data and settings are preserved.
The price is set by the plan in force at the moment of payment and is published on the Pricing page. Payment is made in advance for the selected period. Companies may pay by invoice and receive the accompanying documents.
The Service must not be used to send messages without the recipients' consent, to distribute content prohibited by applicable law, or in ways that violate the rules of the messengers involved. A messenger account being blocked by its own provider is not grounds for a refund.
The Service is not responsible for outages of third-party messengers and CRM systems, nor for the content of messages sent by users. The Service's liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing period.
The legal name, registration number and registered address will be published once the company is incorporated and before payments are accepted.
